Article Zi The high contracting parties undertake not to enter into negotiations with the Hitler government in the present war, nor with any other government in Germany, which does not clearly renounce all intentions of attack, nor to conduct negotiations nor to conclude a ceasefire without mutual agreement or a peace agreement with Germany or with another state associated with it in offensive actions in Germany. Article 3i In confirmation of their pre-war_peace policy and mutual assistance, expressed in the Treaty signed in Prague on 16 May 1935, the high contractual partners commit themselves that if one of them were to be involved in post-war war operations with Germany, which would renew its policy of "Drang nach Osten", npch with any of the states that would ally themselves with it directly or in any other form in the war, the other high contracting party would immediately grant military and other assistance to the so-called war-handled contracting parties udle and other help at its disposal.
