P i l s e n . = When I wrote this report, the following experiences from my own perception forced me to do so: P i 1 s e n , a city of about 126.o0o inhabitants, down there 6.ooo Germans, borders directly on the Reichsgebiet in the south, west and north and thus forms a dangerous stosqueeil to the west, which must not be overlooked from popular political grinning, apart from the difficult situation of Germans living in Pilsen.- A management of this danger is only possible if the key farms of Pilsen are not only led by the name, but actually by Germans.- One of the most significant of these enterprises and for the coming development of Pilsen and its German environment are the S k o d a w e r k e . - It must be the common endeavour of all the responsible bodies to reorganise this operation in the management posts in such a way that it is not possible to remove the previously identified danger, but that a netional socialist operating and economic management is guaranteed.
