2Z -2 - Today's state of affairs in the Pilsner plant does not show any approaches to achieving this self-evident goal, although it has already been two and a half years since the establishment of the Protectorate. On the contrary, it must be noted that the Czechs have the leading parts of this key industry and have no understanding of reparation whatsoever. We see today the Czechs in a closed defence struggle, which is still waiting for a change in the situation to the disfavors of the Germans and the tactics to be used, unfortunately with success so far.- Only the mask, but not their inner attitude, has changed in the Czech people. Therefore, the penetration of the leadership offices still in Czech hands with suitable and politically reliable Germans - as far as the present war situation allows - must be guided and planned, the factory will remain efficient and the future development will be brought about. - Should the suggestions and proposals be the basis for a future reorientation the Executive Board for the Skodawerke were made, so the purpose and purpose of this report would be achieved.- Heil Hitler ! "/OUTTOM/ Head of Division.- Pilsen, September 3, 1941.-
