Pilsen.- When I wrote this report, the following experiences, made of my own perception, forced me to do so: P i 1 s e n , a city of about 126.ooo inhabitants, down there 6.oOO Germans, borders in the south, west and north directly to the empire area and thus forms a dangerous stosskeil to the west, which is not overlooked for popular political reasons In addition to the difficult situation of Germans living in Pilsen, it is only possible to manage this danger if Pilsen's plants are not only named after them, but are actually led by Germans.- One of the most important of these plants and of great importance for the future development of Pilsen and its German environment is that they are the most difficult to achieve. a w e r k e . - It must be the common endeavour of all the responsible authorities to reorganise this operation in the management posts in such a way that not only the previously shown danger is removed, but a national socialist operating and economic management is ensured.
