English Translation

In my opinion, the German influence had to take place at the same time as possible in the various key positions of the cooperative system. This was particularly possible after you, Mr Secretary of State, instructed me to negotiate with former Prime Minister E 1 i á š on the matter of the agricultural party and on matters relating to the structural structure of agriculture. In the course of these negotiations, E l i á š used above all the PresidentW e n z 1, the decisive man of Moravian cooperatives. W e nz 1 then proposed a German influence in Moravian co-operatives itself during the negotiations. This fact then forced the president of the Centrokooperativ, Kl i n d e r a , to ask for the dismissal of German representatives (for the area of Centrokooperative and the Bohemian society). On the basis of this action, I will report on the German gentlemen who have now been appointed in the Czech Community, below on point III, 2. II. A brief overview of the current organisation of the Czech cooperative system.
