12. Cooperation. The principle of organized enterprise remains the same and I can say that it is, to a certain extent, sacred, because it remains the foundation stone as it used to be. Especially in craft we can see what the personal work of the private entrepreneur means. But the private entrepreneur becomes at the same time an organizational part of a certain collective un and must stick to the fact that he can only achieve certain things as a member of this collectiveum and that as such he has obligations to this collective un, which are no greater than those which he had as a private entrepreneur. No, ladies and gentlemen, I just wanted to say these introductory words to you, and I just want to assure you that the craft sector, which is the new organized craft sector again, will become what it was more than ever, so that it will find a clear distinction between industrial production and artisanal production, and that the self-confidence and pride of the good craft sector will also rise, as in previous times and that no one believes in its function as a bad industrialist above a good craftsman, on the contrary, only good craftsmen can become good industrialists. All this can only be achieved through disciplining cooperation, as between you, and between me and my department. I wish you every success in this cooperation!
