Franz Fr o l i k , Chief Section Council in the Ministry of Agriculture, residing in Ruda, has consciously and deliberately sabotaged the provisions adopted in the interests of the economy, in particular by completely degrading his own agriculture and livestock, although he has repeatedly been brought to the attention of the competent authorities of his negligent economic management. Judgment: Death by shooting. 2. Anton V i t e r a , merchant, from Sahradka, with 9 co-participants, mainly butchers, continued cattle, plain lard, butter etc. bought up in the black trade, selling black-slaughtered cattle and food at the highest prices, namely 684 pigs, 110 kg lard, 42 calves, 240 kg butter, 40 cattle, 20 geese, 7780 kg meat, 72688 eggs. Judgment against all parties: death by strand. 3. Josef U z e 1 , Fleischer, from Unter-Lakowitz, together with 13 other parties, mainly butchers and cattle traders, has continued to buy cattle under hand, slaughtered black and sold them at the highest usury prices, showing 85 cattle, 86 calves, 600 buck wines. The Jews Viktor Israel R i t e r and Ernst Israel U t i t z from Prague have withheld larger quantities of leather gloves, processed leather, which is subject to the forced economy, into gloves and sold the gloves partly at high prices and indicated a non-existent person as their supplier.
