6a -.2 - The father obtained the decision of 26.11.1943, according to which Lieselotte and Gerd Rainer are handed over to the paternal grandmother in education and food, while the then sick Barbara should be accommodated in a sanatorium. Barbara died on 27.12. in the hospital in Dresden. According to the submission of the number of pages 9 ff of the documents, it is perhaps not impossible that the defendant has caused the death of the child if not, but has accelerated it, because she acted with the child in spite of all the medical orders in her favour. With regard to the other two children, the Court of Pfleg- schaftsgericht ruled on 17.2. In 1944, they transferred custody to their father and rejected a similar request from their mother. Both children are at their grandmother's in Gohrisch, where the father had them taken. After the investigation by the Landrat in Pirna, both children are taken care of. They were visited in Gohrasch by their mother, who apparently caused scenes there and frightened the children. The grandmother has appealed to the Pflegschaftsgericht for a remedy, but the court has not taken any action (Bl. 22 d.A.). C The defendant wife Müller is generally regarded as a woman suffering from nerves. She is described in a report as an "abnormal personality with a pre-eminent abnormal character". There may be the conditions for initiating the termination process. 54032 TERS
