Copy. Note: A Divorce process: The divorce process is pending at the German District Court in Prague under AZ. 2 R 160/43. It could not be completed for two reasons after the hearing judge's telephonic notification: a) Prof. Müller was in the hands of Slovakia and int the Bandèn. He was considered missing for a long time, so the trial was interrupted. Later, he managed to escape his imprisonment, and the proceedings were resumed. b) The trial itself, according to the Prozess judge, is ripe for a decision. He intends to grant the lawsuit and declare the divorce of the marriage. It is only a question of whether the defendant's wife is guilty of divorce or not. This question is to be decided by a medical examination of her state of mind. The defendant is obviously not responsible and therefore probably not responsible for the breakdown of the marriage. Professor Dr. Albrecht has been commissioned with the assessment. He hesitates to give the opinion because, as the judge thinks, it seems to him that it is very embarrassing. When Dr.Müller was considered to be lost, the court had reclaimed the case files from the expert to whom he had responded in acknowledgment, apparently glad to have got rid of the case. I have asked the judge to speed up the matter with Prof. Albrecht through personal contact. B 1 Pflegschaftssache der mdj.
