I am aware of the high level of the staff of the political administration in Moravia, I appreciate their sense of duty and appreciate their expertise. Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I am appreciating your insight and your heart and asking you to devote yourself to your duties with such zeal and devotion as is in accordance with the tasks entrusted to you, and I am convinced that the President of the State, together with the Vice-President, will show you the right path that we all need to take.
