At about 1 p.m. on 19.ll.l94l, the Council of Ministers Bureau informed the President of the Ministry of the Interior /Ministerial Council Gerl/ that, at the order of the Lord Reichsprotektor, it had requested the Ministry for Education and People's Culture as well as the Department of Social and Health Administration for appropriate measures to accommodate a certain number of German students in Prague from 19 November 194l onwards and that, if necessary, it would also contact the Prague Magistrate. At the next meeting, Dr.Materna asked Mr. Min.Rat Gerl, through the police department in Prague from 19 November 1994l until further loo beds in Prague hotels, because there was not enough space in the women's home in Prague-Smichow for the purpose mentioned.Min.Raat Gerl immediately had the upper section board and the officers of the Bureau of the Ministry of the Interior Dr. Wenzel Hořejš gives instructions to the police department in Prague to ensure immediately - no later than 6 p.m. for the period from 19.1l.d. to further - lo0 beds in Prague hotels.At the same time, Dr. Hořeyš was instructed to contact the board of the Bureau of the Ministry of Social and Health Administration, Min.
