It is essential that no undeserved damage should be inflicted on anyone in the necessary interventions into the property of the building and the ground. However, it is necessary to take the decisive step towards the recognition of undeserved profits so that there is not time and again the same inconsistencies and difficulties in urban development which then have to be eliminated by legal measures and usually by substantial public funds. In the following Main Section III it is mentioned only briefly and without claim to completeness that the questions of construction execution and the construction process belong to a building law. More importantly, however, in the last Main Section the tasks of building maintenance and building management liability - albeit only briefly - have been included in the guiding principles of construction law. In this context, reference had to be made to a new research work of the Academy on the economic and legal foundations of urban health, the study of which seems necessary for a full understanding of these questions. This completes the picture: from the planning of the large and small space to the maintenance and management of the building, finally also to the renewal of the construction and no more time-wise everything fits into a meaningful order in a then no longer interrupted cycle. -.-.--.
