The land use plan consists of plans, explanatory reports and detailed regulations. It must be amended as soon as conditions require it. The land usage plan must contain all the necessary topographical and technical information. It is also intended to provide, where necessary, for the following types of land: agricultural and forestry land; green areas; water and water-based land; road, rail, water and air transport transport areas; areas for supply, sewage and telecommunications lines; commercial and mining areas; prefabricated areas, e.g. for public buildings and facilities serving non-profit or social purposes, e.g. for other space-determining buildings or for buildings, buildings and installations of monument and home protection. Furthermore, if necessary, land must be designated and limited which needs to be remodelled for reasons of modern urban construction, especially in order to remedy deficiencies in housing and transport conditions (redesign surfaces). In addition, it is necessary to provide for a planned renewal of the entire city organization in appropriate sections and appropriate time periods. x) x) See the treatise "Organic urban renewal and its economic foundations" in "Spatial Research and Spatial Regulations" issue 2/l94l (Vowinckel-Verlag, Heidelberg).
