6. Concerning the further negotiation of the incident of the wife of Gischitzky, we repeat that a criminal case is being carried out with the car driver. Furthermore, the affected persons themselves came under private law claims against the electrician. In the event of a failure to reach an agreement, claim the same in court by entering the said undertakings. II./ Investigation of the incident at the police commissioner's office. On the matter of the investigation on the police committee, it is mentioned: The investigation initiated by the police department found that no organ of the government police witnessed the incident and the accident of the wife of Gischitzky. The incident was only 5 min. by the car driver Johann Prosicky. After the incident, police officer Alois Mlejnek reported that he had provided the service in front of the building of the police commissioner in Pilsenerstrasse in Smichow. The incident was dealt with by the police officer Franz Šimön, who, after finding out the necessary personnel data, offered the wife of Gischitzky the transfer to the hospital, but what the wife refused and demanded only an escort home.
