The acquiring son undertakes to deal with his three siblings. 6.) The German Reich reserves the right to re-purchase the property of the Virgin Breschan at any time. The extensive restriction of the right of ownership by the right to buy back at any time is restricted by a letter from the representative of the German Reich, the Chief Finance President to Prague, entitled to transfer ownership to Ms. Heydrich. In these letters the future succession of the estate of Jungfern-Breschan is defined in accordance with the provisions of the Erbhofgesetz. Only in the event of non-compliance with this succession the right to buy again becomes effective.
