33 Prague, An den Reichsführer- Heinrich H i n m 1 e r, Feldkommandostelle. Betr. Eigentunsübergang des Landbesitzs Jungfern-Breschan an Frau Heydrich. Dear Heinrich ! I have examined your wish, transmitted to me by Öbersturmbannführers Brandt, to transfer the land possession Jungferen-Brschan to Frau HeyDrich in the form of the registration as an inheritance for the family Heydric. For political reasons, it is impossible to introduce the Erbhofgesetz in Bohemia and Moravia in general. Therefore, for reasons of expediency, it seems inconvenient to create a special case for the Heydrich family, since then, without doubt, all cases which are similar in some form would claim the same right for themselves. As a result of the development, the general introduction of the Erbhofgesetz would become mandatory first for the German farmers. The rejection for the Czechs would then raise difficult-to-solve problems for the political leadership of this Raune. I have therefore had my lawyers check whether there is no possibility of achieving the same purpose in accordance with the provisions in force here. This would be possible under the following conditions: 1.) The property Jungfern-Breschan is sold by the German Reich to Mrs. Lina H e y d r i c h as the sole owner. 2.) Mrs H e y d r i c h undertakes neither to sell nor to burden the property acquired under this contract without the consent of her children, Klaus, Heider, Silke and Marte.
