English Translation
11. Information suitable for carrying out the search (uniforms of enemy aircraft, camouflage, etc.) is published in special editions of the German Criminal Police Bulletin. Experience gained during the search must be reported immediately to the Reichskriminalpolizeiamt (war investigation center) for evaluation. 12. The arrests of enemy fighters are reported by the criminal police department of Frankfurt a.M. as part of the monthly reports of success in accordance with the War Investigation Order of 5 December 1942, separately listed, to the Reich Criminal Police Office (Kriegsfahnungszentrale). Special instruction is given for the capture of Soviet-Russian pilots shot down. They are to be searched for until further notice within the framework of the usual war investigation. Even if this new order brings with it a further considerable burden on the police services, especially in the areas suffering from terror, I expect that every man, like the soldier, is aware before the enemy that he has to fulfil his duty to the utmost joy in order to help win with the front. 22620 Overprints of this decree may be requested, if necessary, to a limited extent at the Reich Criminal Police Office — C 1 b — (war investigation centre)
