Mutual use of police and military intelligence, especially in the event of destruction by enemy action, is ensured by the existing decrees and orders. 9. In the event of total damage to a criminal police station or disturbance caused by enemy effects in the police intelligence network, the criminal police department in Frankfurt a. M. will forward search applications to a neighbouring criminal police office, which must carry out the search with all its strength. For this purpose, the criminal police authorities must agree with each other how they communicate in the event of damage and disturbance and carry out the search orders. 10. The criminal police department Frankfurt a.M. It shall ensure that the documents for this search are kept as safe as possible for air protection purposes and, in the event of damage, in particular by the effect of the enemy, prepare for the establishment of an evasive site. In the event of a failure of the criminal police department Frankfurt a.M. and its alternate office, the Reichs- Kriminalpolizeiamt will commission another criminal police office, which seems appropriate, with its tasks.
