The acquired rights of the cooperative members are guaranteed by written Vertreg with the Prague Volkswohnungsver- tern. According to § 8l of the Law R.G. Bl. No. 70/l873 all cancelled shares are repaid after the end of the blocking year l942. Shares not remedied until the end l944 expire in favour of the General Reserve Fund. According to the above mentioned measure, the transfer of your business contribution to the Prague municipality on the basis of the Circularschroiben of 20 June 1 940 ev. becomes obsolete.
