For the tasks of social housing after the leadership of the l5 November l940, which will have to be solved here after the war, must already today a replacement and efficient German builder be punished. Today's general summary of all the people's and economic forces could not stop with the German non-profit building associations of Prague, the community-based settlement cooperative and the Prague People's Housing Association. Both united, yield the necessary builder. By proper decisions cooperatives were brought together. For reasons of expediency and convenience, the Prague Volkswohnungsverein (Volkswohnigungsverein), which was at the cradle of the cooperative, was designated as the acquiring party. The cooperative appears voluntarily dissolved on 31 December 1994l, and its assets and liabilities, rights and liabilities took over as of 1 January 942 the Prague People's Wohnungsversus (Volkeswohnungverein).
