48a amt to the branch of Berchtesgaden of the labour office Traunstein the request of Kučera at the l5.Okto- ber l942. The branch of the Berchtsgaden had so far not given any answer to this. Therefore it had been assumed that there would be no return. The head of the employment office Brno states the following:. The employment office of Traunstein had notified the breach of the contract of V y s t r i l Johann on 21 September I942. Vystrčil had been summoned immediately to 29 September, but had not given notice. The police demonstration had been carried out on various occasions by the employment office, for the last time to 24 November I942. The mayor of Dobschim- ko had already asked for the approval of Vystrčil on an official day of the employment office in Ei- GO Cre benschütz, which had been held by the head of the department Raschka. It could no longer be ascertained from the proceedings whether the head of the department, who had not been aware of the events in the main office, could be given any indication that Vyströil had already been repatriated. The head of department, Rasch, had suggested to the mayor that a written request from Vystrčil should be appended. The application was submitted on 25 October 1942 and was therefore based on the fact that, according to the medical certificate, the prau of Vystrčil was completely incapable of working and in particular a person needed for his own care and the care of 2 small children and that Vytrčil had to buy his own agriculture as well. Since the commitments had been confirmed by the mayor, the head of the department, Mr Rashka, had withdrawn the matter further.
