On the instructions of 26 November 1942 = and of 19 December 1942: The heads of the employment offices Zlin, Brno, Klattau and Olmültz have been heard in detail on the allegations about the handling of the labour contract breaks, which were mentioned in the letter of the Reichsführer of 18 November 1962. According to the head of the employment office Zlin, K u ê e r a Johann von der Gendarmerie in Göding was transferred to the local branch of the labour office with the request to return to Obersalzberg. According to the usual procedure, Küßera was asked to return to his job and to obtain a pass card for this through the Zlin office. Kuêera had stated that he had been on leave for an indefinite period because of a life-threatening injury to his son by ARG Holzmann in Berchtesgaden, Kit further stated that his prudence had been seriously ill as a result of the disturbances caused by the accident, had asked for a solution to the problem.
