Reason The accused requested a procedure to protect his own honour against himself on the grounds that he was accused of (1) not being on his post on 1 October 1938, (2) he had transferred funds to a German institution to the Czech supervisory authority, (3) he had been unsocialised towards German-Völkish employees, (4) his wife was Czech and he himself was Czech, (5) he had abused his position as auditor of the ZSVA Prague for harassment and (6) he had acted as social democrat against the German-völkish aspirations. The extensive surveys have shown that Pg. Ricker is the child of German parents.After completing German schools and temporary employment in banking, he took up military service.After his retirement, with the help of the German People's Council in Brno, he managed to get a job at the district health insurance company in Tetschen/aElbe.
