Subject to approval by the Directorate of the Central Social Insurance Institute, Mr R i c k e r is informed that the remuneration he is entitled to receive in Brno is also paid out in Wischau and that the District Health Insurance Institute in Wi Schau is recommended to find a flat in Wisschau for the duration of the impossibility,which carries the daily travel costs III.Class from Brno to Wisau. The salary was calculated as follows: Entry into the Krekenversicherung on 1 December l9ll,sowit in the 30th year of service. From the private service period of 3 years two thirds,d.s. 2 years are counted.From a reckoning of service years according to §.43 of the service and disciplinary order is withdrawn, whereas the Mr Ricker previously counted war years are not counted.Mr Ricker is classified into category II, local class C in the 32nd service year and receives a salary of ....... K 4.O44.--, which consists as follows: 1./ A gross salary of ..........K 3.465.- - a functional allowance of ....K 525.- and a compensation allowance of .....K 54.-. Mr Ricker is agreed with the date of entry, which is pre-empted by the signed speaker : 1 September 1994l. The order decree will soon be handed over to Mr. Ricker so that he can take care of an apartment in Wischau.
