52 The powers of the secret state police in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia shall not be affected by the provisions of paragraph 1. For all measures resulting from the implementation of this Regulation, taxes, stamps, other fees and expenses shall not apply. § 9 This Regulation shall enter into force on .....l94l. It shall cease to apply on .............194l ( 6 months after its entry into force).
