The necessary orders are made without justification and are incontestable. § 4 dispositions according to § 3 do not contradict the relevant statutory provisions or the statutes of the organizations, in particular with regard to the utilization of assets. The enforcement of claims of any kind in the ordinary way of execution as well as foreclosure against organizations subject to this regulation is inadmissible. At the request of the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia, the suspension of the proceedings of Amtsweg must be ordered in the case of proceedings already pending. § 5 The new foundation, conversion, amendment of the statutes or name of organizations according to § 2 requires the consent of the Reichsprotector in Bohemia and Moravia. The relevant autonomous legislation remains unaffected. § 6 Claims for damages cannot be made out of the provisions made pursuant to this regulation. §7 The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to organisations which exclusively or primarily pursue an economic purpose of gainful activity, in particular market-regulatory and other professional associations of the commercial economy, agriculture, forestry or any other economic activity. 880 All authorities and departments in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia are obliged to notify, follow and provide legal and administrative assistance to the authority of the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Mähren, confiscated assets of the organisations covered by this Regulation;
