English Translation
L6 - 16 - will he or will he realize that the seemingly high prices can only be obtained at the expense of the Danish people? Will the Danish construction company realize that surplus food production is a direct contribution to the German war? If one sums up the impressions in Great Britain, one must say that it is now impossible to answer these questions. One understands that food production in Denmark had to fall, but one also notices the fact that production in the year l943 increased significantly due to the good harvest of the previous year. At the same time, it could be noted that Denmark is ready to supply Europe with food after the war, provided that the Germans do not destroy the Danish production apparatus. Denmark's representative at the UNRA conference in Atlantic City also assured that Denmark would be willing to contribute to the solution of this problem. As a result, the fact that Denmark has been able to produce over-the-counter food production can only be noted with satisfaction, but dabci must not be forgotten that Denmark is still serving Germany in the form of food supplies. Of course, each man takes this export, even people regret it, who realize that the farmers cannot exist without production. ..... it must be understood that the attitude that Danish agriculture takes today towards the German occupying power can certainly influence the catch of Danish exports to Great Britain in the post-war period.
