Writing, as well as my oral discussion with Herm Landrat Dr. Rüttiger, I allow myself to present my request for a retirement allowance for the private trade school of my son. My request is as follows: My son, Uffz. HeinrichHorpynka (since l942 in the field) was the recipient of the Private Trade School in Prague I. By the decree of the Ministry of Education of 22.8.1944 Z. 69.837/44-III/1, this company was shut down with 1.IX.19 44 in the course of the measures of the total war operation. For the time being, I have addressed the Ministry of Education and the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labour with my request for a decommissioning aid, but I have not received an order (Annexes 1 and 2). Since my son is completely destitute (the last discount rate for the aryanization took place at the end of the year l942), I allow myself to ask for a decommissioning aid of the actual administrative costs. 1.)
