The Reuche Minister of State 0 for Bohemia and Moravia St.M. 435/44. Decree on the formation of a Commission for Total Labour (A - Commission ). 32648 Trehle I. Formed in the course of the total war operation in Bohemia and Mähren to d e dt (A-Commission), II. The Commission's task is to manage the labour input of the non-German population according to uniform planning from the point of view of the total use of war. In particular, it has to make all orders by which forces for armament are released, from a less warlike occupation into a more war-related and previously unrecorded labour force are transferred to an appropriate activity. The measures taken by the public administration to free forces must be coordinated in good time with the Commission by the competent departments of the German Ministry of State for Bohemia and Moravia through Division I - General and Internal Administration - in order to ensure the immediate and appropriate use of the forces, III.
