Dèr German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia S+.M. 435 a/44. 32650 Decree on the formation of a control centre for the practical use of German forces from the entire economy in Bohemia and Mähren (Head Office). I. In the course of carrying out the total war effort in Bohemia and Moravia, a control centre for the appropriate use of German forces from the entire economy in Bohemia, and Moravia (control centre) is formed. II. The task of the control centre is to check the positions of the German forces from all over the economy and to control the employment of these forces under the aspects of the total use of war according to uniform planning. The control centre has to take all measures by which such forces are freed for Wehrmacht and Armor, from a less war-related occupation into a more war-oriented and previously unrecorded labour force is brought to an appropriate activity.
