The Secretary of State considers that the transfer of the management of the local office of Prague to a German director is quite timely. The position that the appointment of important departments in the headquarters responsible for the whole Protectorate is more effective could not be recognized in this way. In the same and similar cases, every relevant body is interested - provided that an appropriate German force is available. I ask for your opinion.
