English Translation

L4a Although I receive a very nice salary of 358.26 per month, it will be a very difficult task for me and my wife, who have been seconded since 1 March 1940 in Luditz, where, on the basis of the order of Mr Oberlandesgerichtpresidency in Leitmeritz 5 P 10-9.26 of 20.2.1940, I have not been able to receive an apartment in Lutitz in the foreseeable future, to grant this graduation to my son. Furthermore, I allow myself to notice that I have neither relatives nor ever known in Prague, which is why I would be forced to entrust my son to completely foreign people.I would also like to point out that I cannot receive a discount or training allowance with regard to my salary, since I only have to feed one child. With regard to the above circumstances, which correspond fully to the truth, further with respect to the fact that I do not have any other assets other than my salary and I fully control the Czech languages in word and writing, I ask my request to approve a secondment to a German District Court in Prague, since my son's future depends on this decision. If my request for secondment to Prague cannot be met by any reason, I ask my wife to suffer from a very severe heart defect in order to return to Karlovy Vary, where I still have my family and apartment, so that I only need to run a household, which also saves the Reich from disbursements of separation compensation and draws with 87063 Heil Hitler sitra f. Parlma, Inspector of Justice.
