Some time ago, the Party Chancellery started to implement its long-held plan, enjoyed particularly well-proven party positions in the state service in all branches of the administration, or considered to be eligible junior staff, to gather on a weekend in order to deepen the party's personal feeling about these men and to gain the foundations for meaningful personnel planning through personal knowledge. The purpose of the meetings is not to train the men. They should hear only one or two really leading party leaders each and then have the opportunity, especially in a pronunciation, to discuss freely all the questions they as National Socialists in their daily work. Both parts will gain valuable suggestions for their further work. The results of the first of these meetings, which took place from 1 July to 17 July, will be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
