I followed the invitation of your Gauleiter, Konrad Henlein, to speak once before a circle of political leaders of the "eichsgaues Sudetenland" about the politics initiated and led by me in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren. I must draw your attention to the fact that parts of my remarks represent state secrets within the meaning of § 88 of the Reich Criminal Code.
