In recent times, I have had various debates with Dr. Schwabe, the leader of the 1-main-sturm, and I have also received written opinions on individual rumors concerning his person. M.E. has no reason to doubt the honorability and cleanliness of the person of Schwabes even in the least. The fact that he has not developed the activity that might have been expected as a police president in Brno is psychologically easy to explain. In this context, however, I would like to point out that Schwabe could just as well have sat down in the national bureau at the time when he invaded the country and that no one in doubt would have thought that he would have left Swabe again. It is a good thing for him that at that time he took up his position where the executive lay. The fact that this position was later greatly weakened may be due to the fact that in Brno a whole security police force led by the commander of the security police and the SD, 1-superman Stahlecker, was active against the Swabian with his techechiabe Dalimat nctiinlich
