40 4-and police court VIII Prague, on 27 April 1944. Prague. ,U 1ES sselo.rd serdbinetisbnete Dr.Ma/Ji. no n St.L. II 180/44 Ceugaa exsunngite Betr.: Major d.Sch.Jurk u.a., Einsatzstelle II. Note. l.) The previous investigations have so far not been conducted in the direction to which extent √-Oberst-Gruppeführer Daluege took goods from Einsatzstab II, since neither the investigator nor the officials of the German Criminal Police in Prague, who took the interrogations, felt called for such investigations. The name of -Oberst-Grupfer Daluege appears in the files only in so far as the accused, especially Major Jurk, refers to the fact that they have received explicit instructions from #Oberste-Grukfer Daluege for various manipulations. 2.) Information on the purchases of the Oberst group leader Daluege by the Einsatzstab II should give numerous delivery notes which are located at the Einstab. As far as deliveries should be carried out without a delivery note, the questioning of the Major Jurk and Lieutenant Targatsch, the Lieutenant Greiwe and especially the Pol.Angehörigen Hettwer and Helmreich, who are in custody, should be expedient, since they may possibly provide details of such deliveries. Hettwer and Helmreich were entrusted with the issue of items stored in the Upo camp at the Prague fruit market. 3.) As Krim.Komm.Lach,German Crimea.Police Prague has just communicated remotely, two books with delivery notes are to be located in Berlin, whose inspection by the Kripo was not possible so far, since their publication for this purpose has allegedly been refused on the instructions of /-Oberst-Gruppeführer Daluege.A note in the investigation files about this is not available. 4) Furthermore, with regard to the results of the recent investigations, I refer to the two final reports of the German Criminal Police of Prague dated 8th and 14th April 1944.The investigator: Miturpfuur 4-Hauptsturmführer u. -Richter d.R.
