- 3- 15 .f the existing accounts do not meet the requirements which eTrA is required to make proper accounting; in particular, the shortcomings of an orderly management of the accounts have been identified; furthermore, it has been argued that the school and receivables do not appear in the accounts. In order to obtain a precise overview of the state of the assets, several urgent work was still necessary. For the completion of this balance sheet work a date was set as of 1 April 1984. 3.) On 13 March 1944, the asset statement and the profit and loss account of the Einsatzstelle II was presented to the Minister of State on 5 December 1984. From this it was clear that the funds made available by Mr. Oberst Daluege to the Einsatzstab II amounted to 2 million RM. They were largely transformed into storage stocks by the transactions carried out, which amounted to about 1.2 million Rm, into housing units, with about 629.ooo. RM and in barracks, which were accounted for by about 89.oo. Rm. In addition to the capital of 2 million RM, these assets were still in debt of about 1.47 million Rm. In the reported loss of about 573.ooo. RM still to be taken into account: for non-refundable investments of about 239.ooo RM and for depreciation and amortization of about 158.oo o RM , a definitive loss of approximately 175.oo RM was incurred . 4.) Starting from the list of 5.12.1943, in the event of liquidation, the status would result in a net transfer of 1,553.ooo.- at a level of approximately 2,753.ooo.- actives and 1,2oo.oo.passives. 5.) Mr. Gen.Oberst Daluege, in his compilation, assigns the transfer of 2,175.oo. -RM to the deployment - staff II. In fact, by the 5.l2.l943 the already discussed 2 Mill.RM and on 26.1.1944 still 15o.oo.RM. The remaining 25.ooo.-RM for the one-sac staff II were executed by Major Jurk on a private account with the Bank of German Labour, Prague, account Ilsenau. They are therefore not shown in the books of the mission staff II. 6.)
