On subpoena the merchant Robert H a n i s c h appears; born on August 30, 1944 in Vienna, residing in Proşsnitz, Bismarckstrasse 4-6, and explains on questioning: With the major of the protection police J u r k I became known already before Yahweh in Berlin. I myself am a member of the Common-4 and SD in the range of a 4-main-sturm leader. I met Major J u r k again in Prague. Besides that, I was very well known personally with Major Ju r k. It is true that I bought larger posts of fur goods and icy pictures, as well as other small things from the camp Upo in Prague . The goods have been offered to me by Major J u r k himself. I did not know anything about the existence of such books. On the other hand, I held a written confirmation of the purchase on paper with the headbow "German Ministry of State for Bohemia and Moravia" with the stated total amount and in the annex a list with piece, number and price seperate. I have this view: found perfectly in order. I paid the amounts of money partly in cash, partly by cheque. In part, the
