- 5 - Paragraph 7. Announcement of the measures. The measures of the Minister of the Interior according to paragraphs 2, 2, last sentence and paragraphs 6, 3, Z. 1 and 2 are announced by an announcement in the Official Journal of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Paragraph 8. Previous measures. Measures within the meaning of this Regulation, which were taken before their entry into force, are to be regarded as measures taken under this Regulation. Paragraph 9. Relationship with the earlier provisions. 1/ The provisions of Par. 2 of the Government Ordinance of 4 March 1942, Coll. No. 80 on the administrative powers of the Government of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and on the representation of the members of the government, and Reg. vO Coll. No. 250/1942, as amended by Reg. VO Coll, No. 34/1943, remain unaffected. 2/ The same applies, unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation, to the provisions of Reg. 51/1936 and of the previous provisions concerning the genera. 3/ The provisions of Par. 2, fourth sentence, paragraphs 4 to 6, par. 17, para. 2 (h), par. 17; para. 4, par. 18; paras. 3, par. 22, z. 2 and par. 23 of the law are repealed. Paragraph 10. It shall be carried out by the Minister of the Interior, if necessary in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
