KSTMOOLESP In view of the fact that the General Commandant of the N;chtuniformed Protectorate Police intends to carry out a promotion of the officials of the government criminal service of all categories to the l.X.l943, I ask that a promotion to the same extent also be carried out in the police administrative service. In my report of 31 August 1984, Mr P. - 9o29, I have already pointed out this uneven procedure in the transports in the two divisions of the police service of my authority.
