Military Criminal Chamber Aussig Dkc 25/41. In the name of the German people ! In the criminal case against the married customs secretary Jakob Halfmann, residing in Brix and against the defendant customs secretary Karl Wippert, resident in Warnsdorf, for service offences, the Chamber of Criminal Investigations of Aussig took part in the meeting on December 18, 1941, in which: Vice-President Dr. Ripka as chairman, Landgerichtsdirektor Ruth as rapporteur, Customs secretary Paul Seltmann as co-chairman, -a Ta as representative of the initiating authority, Reg. Assistant Baier as head of the office, recognized for law: The accused Jakob Halfman and Karl Wipert are released at the expense of the Reichskasse. Reasons. Jakob Halfmann, customs secretary in Brüx, was born on 19 April 1902 in Kaiserslautern as the son of the spouses Jakob Halfman and Magdalena Laub, the first cementing master in the Kaisersleutern. There he attended the elementary school until 30,4,1916 and the continuing education school for the construction industry until 30.4.1918. From 1918 to 1922 he was employed as a cementer with his father and with the company Weiß and Freitag in Ludwigshafen. From 1.2.1923 to 31.1.1932 Halfmann served at the 7th Bayr.Art.Regt.1. Baterie in Würzburg. Due to an accident he was incapacitated and released prematurely as a staff member from the military service. He was given the Civil Service Certificate and the certificate of conduct of 31.1.1932, in which he was certified a very good service. Halfmann was employed at the Reichsfinanzverwaltung as an administrative worker at the tax office in Wiirzburg on 10 July 1933.
