In addition, a senior official, whom I am particularly responsible, must personally monitor and control the proper and appropriate conduct of the search operations ordered throughout the respective search area. I have to report in writing on his checks carried out and the deficiencies identified. Declared errors must be removed immediately from the relevant senior official. Commands for the implementation of special measures, which are to be carried out only by German police officers, shall be composed on a case-by-case basis. German officials, if necessary also members of associations of the NSDAP, are assigned to the commanding authorities set up by the foreign commissioners of the Protectorate criminal police - see below III. It is the responsibility of these officials to participate in the activities of the protectorate criminal Police. A German official shall be appointed as head of each command post on a case-by-case basis, provided that the occupation of the command post is required and ordered. The German official appointed as Head of the Office shall establish the closest agreement with the Head of Service of the Foreign Commissioner of the Protectorate Criminal Police and shall carry out the necessary tasks for the implementation of the relevant measures. Within the command areas, the objects noted in the sub-insert lists - see pages following - are to be inspected with the available forces indicated there. Insofar as mass deployments of forces are provided for in the partial deployment lists for the search of various objects, the order of the measures of the German command central, which provides the necessary forces - if necessary Wehrmacht, Ordnungspolizei - for this purpose. If necessary, applications for the use of mass-based forces shall be sent to the German command centre by the commanders of the command stations.
