: = 27. 9. Search duration and suspension of the search. Unless otherwise specified in the search order, the search shall begin in principle with its knowledge and shall be carried out until the explicit recruitment order, as soon as the purpose of the search has been achieved or the continuation of the investigation is no longer required for other reasons, it shall be given immediately - if necessary after questioning the Reichs+ security head office, Amt V - employment order, and in principle by the person who ordered the search 8larn. The order to terminate the search takes place in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia the chief and head (representative) of the German Criminal Police, criminal police department Prague, or a superior authority. The recruitment order shall be notified without delay to the superior authorities and other authorities referred to in I 2 d above, together with the withdrawal of all the search operations initiated. In order to ensure that the search is stopped at the same time as possible, the recruitment order must be issued to the authorities, departments involved in the investigation, etc. This also applies to the notification of the Protectorate (criminal) police departments. The departments, authorities, etc., which have carried out a central follow-up of the search order, are the departments of the German Criminal Police, which initiated the central notification - CP(L)St. Prague or Brno - to point out, in the communications on the termination of the search, that the withdrawal of the request for information from the subordinate departments etc. of the authorities concerned has already been initiated by the German Criminal Police and that no further investigation is required.
