In addition to the general reporting, all the items directly concerned, which are of particular importance, are to be sent to the investigating authority in the shortest possible way. All the agencies involved in the search are required to scrupulously verify that they are suitable for immediate disclosure. In particular, the KPADSt is responsible for verifying the information received from the authorities of their districts. All messages not immediately transmitted because of their less significant vigilance shall be included in the daily reports to be reimbursed. 7. Specially observed and overtaken locations and authorities and institutions to be notified during the search. The following authorities and bodies, which may assist the search in the course of their other activities, shall be notified and the locations referred to above shall be overtaken, e.g. in the case of the ‘Alpha' and ‘Beta' police investigation, as well as in the event of a large-scale investigation, depending on the situation of the case. (i) public authorities and bodies (1) post and tax offices (main customs offices), (2) employment, welfare and welfare offices, (3) German labour fronts, professional groups and trade unions; defence officers in enterprises; agents for the transport of goods, (4) food and business offices, card offices, (5) insurance institutions, bunkers and savings banks;
