KPLSt.-Prague K 16 - 100 - 02 21. 12. 1943 Special request plan of the Security Police and SD in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia for the area of KP(L)St. Prague. A. General. I. Basic. In addition to the general and daily criminal investigations carried out by the criminal police by persons and persons, there are often special cases which, because of their importance and the extent to which they are carried out, require thorough measures and uniform management. Since it is not possible to give general and binding instructions for all search cases, the special investigation plan of the security police and the SD in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia contains only guidelines for the search alarm in case of capital or other sensational crimes or for searches for special reasons. The special investigation plan should therefore, in the present cases, only draw attention to the measures and possibilities which, according to the experience acquired, will most often be applied in the first attack, and under no circumstances should it lead to a scheme. The purpose of the search will depend first and foremost on the clear, correct understanding of the case, the zeal and dedication of each of the officials appointed, the immediate and decisive approach to the measures ordered, and the understanding and proper cooperation of all those involved in the search. The Special Request Plan is based on the decree of the Reichsführers-it and Chief of the German Police in the RMdJ of 28.9.1942 - S V C 2 No.241/42 g - and regulates the search in the entire Reich area or in sub-areas. II. Local extension of the search (search areas).
