In the event of an order for a search in accordance with the Special Investigation Plan, the Head of on-call duty shall, after the decision of the Commissioner for Criminal Affairs, notify the Service: (1) my representative, (2) the Chief of Criminal Inspection I, (3) two other senior officials, who shall arrange for all further information regarding the alert and the operation - if necessary after obtaining my decision. The names of the persons referred to in (1) to (3) above shall be published in the Command and Message Sheet and shall be displayed on the Board of the Administration - see also the Prague Operations Plan. KPSt. Brünn shall proceed mutatis mutandis. The official responsible for triggering the search shall, with the help of the necessary number of forces - see lists of operations - ensure that the departments, authorities, associations, etc. involved in the search are notified, depending on the local and operational size of the search. In principle, all officials who are not involved in the execution of the alert are prohibited from making local or long-distance calls during the alarnation. Also, the telex of the secret state police must always be kept operational for transmissions concerning the search. After the search has been initiated, the officials entrusted with this task shall personally be satisfied that all the posts listed or specially ordered in the Special Request Plan have been notified of the investigation; therefore, sampling of queries must be carried out by individual notified bodies, authorities, associations, etc. In addition, the abovementioned officials must be permanently available (changes in on-call or at the telephone control centre).
