11 (3)_When writing the text, the following points must be observed: - (a) perpetrators, (b) time of crime (date, time), (c) place of crime, (d) precise description of the person(s) sought, (e) description of clothing of the wanted person(es), (f) special characteristics of the individual(s), (g) detailed description of vehicles, such as those used to escape, (h) other special indications promoting the search, (i) possible indications regarding the direction of escape,(j) special grounds of caution (armament of the offender), (k) escort of the perpetrant, (1) place of residence of relatives, acquaintances, bride, etc., (m) contact with the population (including with regard to the procurement of food), (n) circumstances when reports are to be returned. The extent to which the protectorate police authorities are to be involved in the search and the wording of the investigation order - if necessary - to be obtained for them must be specifically expressed in the (remote) written notification. (1) At the same time as the alert has been carried out, it shall be immediately notified of any order and triggering of an alert: (a) the Reichsssicherheitshauptamt - Amt V -, Berlin C 2, Werderscher Markt 5-6 (through FS), (b) the Higher Iji and Police Leader for Bohemia and Moravia, y-Group Leader, Minister of State K.H.
