A 66/43 (also WJ) Confidential supplement for Führer (leaders) to the provisions on the relationship of the Reichsarbeitsdienst to the denominational communities (Dv. 25 - F 3 o) For the leaders it is a question of making the bond of their working men and maids to our people stronger by their educational work than any other bond, 2. to the attitude and attitude of the workers and male workers a stronger influence than the representatives of the churches. This can only be achieved if one is more persuasive in the understanding and, above all, more able to influence the mind, if one has to offer p o s i t i v more than the other side. One must carefully avoid hurting real religious sensations. Thus the most valuable characters are pushed in front of the head. In order to eliminate prejudices and biases, one must proceed with the greatest measure of heart. Quite wrong - and therefore in the Reichsarbeitsdienst fundamentally failed - it is to get involved in a polemic against ecclesiastical institutions and dogmas. Thus one would put oneself on a completely wrong ground. The Reichsarbeitsdienst is not an ecclesial service, but a state institution whose purpose is to divide into one, but not one. Leaders of the Reichs Arbeitsdienst must provide the guarantee that they perform their educational work free of denominational influence.
