We now allow ourselves, on the basis of this letter to you, highly esteemed Minister's Council, to approach with a request to bring forward a new treatise and a favourable debate on this matter. It should not be underestimated that a favorable execution would lead to a further increase in performance in the armaments industry, because almost 85% of the members of our staff work reliably in the arms industry, and most of them at leading engineering positions. The graduates of the higher trade schools in the Protectorate are able to demonstrate their competence in the most diverse works exclusively ingenieurarbeiten. Consequently, it is basically a matter of enabling them to testify in the public sphere to their competence to establish their own legal status. The new regulation will compensate for the situation in the old age, which will lead to a further simplification and, on the other hand, to an increase in the work and performance activities of all members of the Protectorate - graduates of higher vocational schools. As can be seen briefly from our execution, this is a just matter, for which reason we kindly ask you, very esteemed Ministerial Council, to assist us in carrying out the same work and to achieve a new treatment through your influence.
