English Translation

On 23.6.44 the brother of the master mason Žaba, who was now assigned to the construction of the i bakery, said: "Your company (meaning K.u.V.) does not have to think that my brother wanted to take away the already begonnermBau. My brother was subsequently ordered by the construction management to fill out an offer with unit prices after the tender procedure had been completed. However, my brother left the sent forms. On 2l. and 22.6.44 the construction manager demanded telefo- nically the filling out of the forms with the -inneits- praise. In the one, my brother presented the offer only partially completed; for he completely forgot about a part of the offer, namely on the iron betonaræites. And now (on 23.6.44, 17.15 o'clock) I will go to the construction management of the weapon-l and present this subsequent offer". These statements, which were specifically taken into account, clearly show that the management of the works favours a Czech company regardless of the offer levy, with no reference to the fact that the company Zaba gave up the offer long after the offer tax and under certain circumstances. It can be seen from the statement of a civil servant of the head of the building to an employee of the company Klečanek that the company is to be dissolved and the whole workforce is to distribute to Czech companies. The civil employee of construction management advised the employees of the firm Klečenek, sicn already now to look around a different position. In fact, Klečanek was deprived of all works contracts on the Czech military training ground and also in Slovakia with immediate effect and was assigned to Czech companies. On the question of the civil servant of the construction management Voslař, he explained literally: "Already 14 days before the tension created by the Ing.Vlasák between the company K.u.V. Vlasák, civil servant of the construction management, visited the Czech masonry master Žaba in Benescnau. Vlasak forced Žaba to take over the construction project of the company K.u.V. and to oifer in the afterward cheaper than K.o.v. For this offer production Vlasák gave Žaba insight into the offer of the firm K.U.V . Vlasbak also promised Z. that he would be the companyK.u .V. Let the company's workers rest and divide them into Czech companies and take special account of Žaba." 42293
